This pair of earrings is made of 1.2mm and 0.8mm sterling silver wire. Their total length is 6cm and width 3cm.
The design idea derives from my earlier sculptures. I called it “The Departure” because while “The Arrival” was my first ever jewel, “The Departure” was the next step and somehow the departure on my jewellery design path.
There i also an outdoor sculpture of mine in the suburbs of Athens where I grew up with exactly the same design. 3.5m tall!
