This pair of earrings is made of 1.2mm and 0.8mm sterling silver wire.
The reason it is called “The Cube” is because once I firstly designed this type “open”cube I realised I had made the so called “Escher Cube” to my complete ignorance. The “Escher Cube” was created by the great dutch artist M.C.Escher that happens to be one of my favourite artists since I was a kid. These earrings became therefore my tribute to him. There is also a matching ring of the same name.
Their total length is 5.3cm and width 2.5cm.
